Terms of Service

These terms explain how Armogentic’s static inspection service, connected n8n monitoring, accounts, and subscriptions may be used.

Effective date: pending owner/legal confirmationLast updated: September 23, 2026

1. The service

Armogentic provides static security inspection for n8n workflows and agents. Static inspection analyzes supplied n8n JSON exports; it does not import, execute, modify, deploy, or run uploaded source code.

Connected monitoring is a separate, n8n-only feature. It retrieves workflow information from a customer-configured n8n instance and compares it with a saved, sanitized baseline. An n8n connection is not required to scan an exported workflow. The service is an aid to review, not a guarantee of security, compliance, prevention, or complete vulnerability detection.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and access

Some features require account creation and authentication. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected misuse. Protected features require sign-in and the applicable entitlement.

All operational security services require sign-in and an active paid Armogentic Beta subscription, including scans, reports, Red Team, AutoFix, Protect, Monitoring, Guard, MCP discovery, exports and history. Account settings, billing and public guidance remain accessible without a paid subscription.

3. Billing and subscriptions

The current code identifies the paid plan as Armogentic Beta at a displayed price of $25 USD per month. Paddle checkout and billing-portal integrations are present. The final amount, currency, taxes, renewal details, and payment terms are those shown at checkout and in the applicable provider terms; live billing configuration still requires owner verification.

The application recognizes Beta access, active, payment-needs-attention, and canceled subscription states. An active entitlement is required for paid workflow protection and connected monitoring. Cancellation and access timing depend on the subscription state and provider result; an account may show a cancellation date. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, abusively, maliciously, or without authorization; interfere with its operation or security; bypass usage limits, entitlements, authentication, or controls; upload data you do not have permission to analyze; or misuse n8n credentials or connected systems.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for appropriate backups of your own workflows and data.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights to workflows, source, configuration, and other information you submit or connect. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to provide it. You grant Armogentic a limited license to process that material only as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

Armogentic and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. No ownership of uploaded source is transferred to Armogentic.

6. Reports and limitations

Reports and findings are evidence produced by static analysis and may be incomplete, incorrect, or require manual review. A clean result is not proof that an agent, workflow, or connected system is safe. You remain responsible for validating findings, permissions, runtime behavior, and deployment decisions.

7. Connected n8n monitoring

Connected monitoring supports n8n only. It is intended to use read-oriented operations, but an action labelled read-only does not guarantee that an arbitrary n8n API key, endpoint, permission, or returned data is safe. You are responsible for the n8n URL, API key, permissions, network access, and systems reached through that connection.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued while the service is in Beta.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Armogentic and cancel through available billing management. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement. When access ends, paid-feature access ends; provisions that should continue by their nature remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Armogentic does not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete detection, runtime protection, compliance, or prevention of harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armogentic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Total liability arising from the service or these terms will not exceed fees paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Legal entity details, governing law, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction have not been confirmed in the repository and must be completed by qualified counsel.

11. Updates

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where reasonably practical.
