Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund requests for Armogentic subscriptions without promising an outcome that has not been verified.

Effective date: pending owner/legal confirmationLast updated: September 23, 2026

What customers purchase

The current application identifies Armogentic Beta as a subscription displayed at $25 USD per month. Paddle checkout and billing-portal integrations are present. Live price, taxes, currency presentation, and production billing configuration must be confirmed by the billing owner.

The subscription state can be active, payment-needs-attention, or canceled. Paid access is controlled by the application entitlement state.

Cancel future renewals

Where billing management is available, you can use the Paddle billing portal to manage the subscription and cancel future renewals. The application may retain access until a recorded cancellation date or the end of the paid period, but exact provider behavior should be confirmed for the applicable transaction. If you cannot access billing management, contact support before the next renewal when possible.

Refund requests

Cancellation does not by itself establish a refund. If you believe a charge was duplicated, accidental, or made in error, contact support with the account email, charge date, and a brief explanation. Requests are reviewed case by case; a refund is not guaranteed, and no guaranteed refund window, money-back guarantee, response time, or blanket no-refund rule is stated here.

Applicable consumer or statutory rights are not excluded. Paddle may control part of the payment/refund process, and any approved refund may take time to appear depending on the payment method and provider processing.

Contact support

For cancellation help or a refund request, email support@armogentic.com. Include the account email, charge date, and brief explanation. Do not send full payment-card details.

Duplicate-charge handling, accidental-purchase treatment, failed-payment consequences, Paddle’s controlling terms, and jurisdiction-specific rights require owner/legal confirmation.
